The Annual company maintenance fee is:
payable on January 1 of each year. This is prorated according to the incorporation date. You will be sent a billing late November along with the necessary forms for annual renewal of the corporation due the following January. The annual fee is applied toward payment of the annual government registration fee, filing of the annual report, the local Registered Office and Registered Agent as required by law. |

Your corporate binder will include comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions about how to apply for a corporate bank account, an offshore secured credit card, and general operations of the company. The binder is sent by Fed-X overnight courier to the address listed on the application. The staff of IPC Corporate Services LLC are always available should you require assistance. |
